RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY.

We hope you love your TOBEFRANK purchase for years to come. However, if you do wish to return any items please see our returns policy below:

– We are happy to return or exchanged for something else within 28 days of your order being dispatched.
– Return postage will be paid if there is a fault on our side or a quality control issue.

- We do ask that all items are returned to us in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
– We recommend that you send any returns using a track-able postal service. 
– Please make sure you email orders@tbfuk.com with your reasons for the return so that we can keep an eye out for your parcel and make sure we can learn and improve.

- When emailing please Include your TBF order number in the subject of your email.  Returns to be sent to:

We love the fact that humans come in different shapes and sizes, so we have created a “how to measure” page for each of our products. By doing this we want to ensure that when you buy, you buy right! Being an environmentally focused business, we monitor our carbon footprint and hope that our customers are aware of this too. So, whilst we know that online buying at times can be a gamble, if you are unsure please rather get in touch and we will do our best to find the PERFECT fit for you.
